Step 2:

 Extract (unzip) the downloaded theme/template The blogger theme/template that you have downloaded will be in a zip file by default, first unzip (extract) that file. (Zip file software)

Step 3: 

Login to your blogger blog Once the theme is downloaded, login to your blog with blogger ID (Gmail ID) and password.

Step 4: 

Click on Theme option After logging into the blog, there is an option of “Theme” on the left side of the dashboard, click on it.

 The only difference in this method is that you just need to copy the theme code and edit the HTML in the theme option and then paste the copied code.

• Step 7: Open the .xml file in any text editor. Text editor: Notepad, code editor, sublime text, etc. anything will work.
• Step8: Now you will only see the code, copy all the code. (Select with Ctrl+a and copy with Ctrl+c).
• Step 9: Go to the Theme option of Blogger and click on Edit HTML.
• Step 10: Select all the code in the HTML editor. (Ctrl+a) and paste the copied code (ctrl+v). 
• Step 11: Now save the theme by clicking on “Save theme” at the top.
